African business owners must ensure that all products listed on vMall comply with applicable trade laws, consumer protection regulations, and quality standards in all African countries they intend to operate. vMall reserves the right to delist or reject any product that fails to meet legal or ethical guidelines across the continent.

2. Ethical Products Promotion:

African products promoters must use only promotional materials that are approved by vMall. Any form of deceptive products promotion, including false claims about product features, prices, or African business owners credibility, is strictly prohibited. African products promoters must uphold vMall’s brand integrity across all products promotional channels.

3. Payment and Income Structure:

Transactions on vMall may be settled in local African currencies or a supported digital currency, as chosen by the platform. African business owners and products promoters will receive payments based on a clearly defined income structure. All payments are subject to currency conversion rates and applicable transaction fees.

4. Cross-Border Logistics and Fulfillment:

African business owners are responsible for managing shipping and logistics, ensuring that products are delivered on time and in good condition across different African regions. African business owners must provide transparent shipping timelines and resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain seller credibility.

5. Fraud Prevention and Account Termination:

Any attempt to manipulate the platform—such as generating fake referrals, inflating traffic data, initiating false chargebacks, or listing counterfeit products—will lead to immediate account suspension. Any earnings under review or pending disbursement will be forfeited upon confirmation of fraudulent activity.

vMall reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions periodically.
