1. Eligibility and Registration:
By registering as an affiliate on AfriLiate, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Your registration will require accurate and up-to-date information, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. AfriLiate reserves the right to review and approve or reject any registration at its sole discretion, and any fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform may result in immediate termination of your account.
2. Affiliate Commissions and Payments:
Affiliates will earn commissions based on the agreed-upon percentage for each valid sale or action generated through their referral links. Commissions will be tracked automatically, and payouts will be made weekly, provided the affiliate has met the minimum payout threshold. AfriLiate reserves the right to withhold payment in cases of suspected fraud or if the affiliate violates any of the terms and conditions. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details and for any associated transaction fees.
3. Prohibited Activities:
Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any illegal or unethical activities to promote AfriLiate's products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, misleading advertising, or unauthorized use of intellectual property. Affiliates must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations when promoting AfriLiate. Failure to comply with these standards may result in the suspension or termination of the affiliate’s account and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates are responsible for the content and promotional methods they use to drive traffic to AfriLiate’s platform. This includes avoiding false, misleading, or offensive materials. Affiliates should not engage in activities such as spamming, misleading advertising, or other deceptive tactics. AfriLiate reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account found violating these terms, with or without notice.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
AfriLiate grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use AfriLiate’s marketing materials and branding solely for the purpose of promoting the platform. Affiliates are prohibited from modifying or creating derivative works based on these materials. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights, remain with AfriLiate. Affiliates must respect these rights and must not engage in any activity that infringes upon AfriLiate's intellectual property.
